1. Introduction

If you purchase a product or engage us for a service, you may be asked to supply information relevant to that purchase, including billing details. You represent that you have the legal right to use any payment method you provide and that the information you supply is accurate.

Project work is governed by the specific proposal, statement of work or contract signed for that engagement. Where those documents conflict with these Terms, those documents take precedence for that engagement.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order at any time for reasons including product availability, an error in the description or price, or suspected fraud.

4. Refunds

Refunds are covered by our Return and refund policy.

5. Content

The Service and its original content, features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Crawlink Networks Private Limited and its licensors. Our trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service without prior written consent.

Where you provide content to us — text, images, data or materials for a project — you retain ownership of it and grant us the licence necessary to perform the work. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to provide that content.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service:

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Bangalore, Karnataka shall have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them, without affecting any mandatory consumer protection you have where you live.

We may revise these Terms at any time. The date at the top of this page shows the current revision. By continuing to use the Service after a revision takes effect, you agree to be bound by the updated Terms.
