A lab’s day is a chain — register the patient, collect the sample, run the tests, verify, report, collect payment — and a break anywhere means a late or wrong report. PathoCare keeps the whole chain in one place.

Reception books an order with its tests, the referring doctor, any discount and the payment. PathoCare creates one sample per specimen type and follows it from collected to received, results entered and verified by a pathologist. Each released report gets a version, a public link and a QR code; the patient opens it after confirming their date of birth, or staff print it or share it on WhatsApp.

Payments post to the accounts on their own, with day-end cash, expenses, referring doctors’ commissions, reagent stock by batch and expiry, and staff leave. Every lab’s data is kept separately, and each person sees only what their role allows.
